There are eleven rooms of various sizes to suite all tastes, with appropriate provisions to match at affordable rates. They are all en-suite Bedrooms with comfortable beds, Fans, Hot & Cold Water Baths, Wardrobes, Writing Desks & chairs, also Air-conditioning in 10 out of 11 rooms.
We provide a “Home away from Home” serene & homely facilities and catering amenities for families who may need short or longer stay under home conditions, which other hotel and guesthouses may not be able to provide, with a reduced rate to match for long stay guests.
We can collect and drop you at the Kotoka International Airport, Accra for a small fee.
In addition, there are televisions in all the rooms and the reception and Pressing Irons are available if needed. There is also a large compound and large secluded green-grassed garden for your quite enjoyment during the day and in the evening. You can just sit down and enjoy the fresh air and quietness.
Our secured compound has ample space for all our guests whether for a short time or for the duration of their stay in Ghana.
Sampson’s Guesthouse is a self-catering lodge , with a sumptuous fitted kitchen.
All cooking utensils, a fridge, a deep freezer, rice cooker, a microwave and a blender/mixer etc. are provided free.
Tea and Coffee is available in the hotel’s dining room between 6 and 9 am, including a very good breakfast on request.
We have special staff to help guests with the desire to visit the various Accra Markets and Shops for both peculiar or ordinary daily needs of family groups or individuals, or those who may wish to prepare their own special dishes or just to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city.
We also do escorting of guests to places of interest around Accra and most places in Ghana.
